What is Chi? 

Chi (or qi) is Eastern medicine’s term for the life force of vital fluids and energy that flows throughout your body. It provides your system with the nutrients, minerals, and circulation needed to maintain wellness.

What is the best way to store Topaz supplements?

Topaz recommends that its products be stored in a cool, dry place, in the original bottle, with the lid tightly closed.

Can I use Topaz supplements instead of taking my medication?

Topaz products are nutritional supplements which, in accordance with FDA regulations, cannot be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease. Hence, we cannot recommend that you substitute any nutritional supplement for prescribed or recommended over-the-counter medications. We advise that you consult with a qualified health-care practitioner before you discontinue taking any medication.

Does Topaz use fillers or other additives in their supplements?

Topaz does not include any non-functional, inactive ingredients in its supplements. For example, our formulas do contain magnesium stearate, which is a “flow agent” commonly added to nutritional supplements and medications to prevent powders from sticking to the manufacturing equipment that fills and seals each capsule. To maintain quality and consistency, small amounts of this inactive but functional additive is found in Topaz products, and you can find it listed in the Other Ingredient section on relevant labels.

Many other supplement manufacturers also add fillers such as rice flour to their capsules simply to reduce visible empty space within each capsule. However, Topaz prefers to reveal the actual active contents of each capsule, and minimize possible allergens to consumers.

Every ingredient in Topaz products, whether active or inactive, is listed on both product labels and individual product pages of our website.

Can I return an order that I received and am not satisfied with?

Can I return or exchange a Topaz supplement that is past its Best By date?

In general, Topaz does not offer refunds or exchanges on products that are past their Best By date.

Does Topaz ship internationally?

No. Topaz products are currently only available for shipping within the United States.

Log-in to your customer account through the link in the top right of each page. Go to your Profile page, select Payment Information, Edit, and make the changes you need.
